Building & Room Access
One of the things that makes our Bay View amenities unique is our self-guided check-in process, which eliminates the need for onsite staff or traditional room keys. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive a secure access code via text message that gives you access to the Kinn building and your room, so can come and go as you please.
Access to a Chef Style Kitchen
Our communal kitchen in all locations is a point of pride and, for those who love cooking their own meals, we’ve hooked you up with a pro-series range, deep basin sink with integrated sprayer, full-size fridge, shelves stacked with all the flatware you need to feed a family, the convenience of a dishwasher, and much more.

We sampled dozens, if not hundreds, of personal care products before deciding to have our spa-inspired products custom made by our neighbors at Ursa. Like our guesthouse, they provide guests the perfect balance between luxury and that down-home feeling.

You never know when you might need to wash one of the few outfits you brought with on your trip. Our Bay View self-serve laundry is accessible 24/7 and has four high efficiency washers, dryers and detergent for your convenience.

Whether you’re trying to save Mother Earth, trying to save on fuel costs, or both, we strive to be as forward-thinking as our electric vehicle owners by providing a convenient place for them to plugin during their stay.
Furry Guests Welcome
We have dog-friendly rooms in our Bay View Guesthouse. With hardwood and tile flooring throughout, messes cause a little less stress. We also provide dog bowls for your convenience. The fee is $65 per pet with a weight limit of 65 pounds per pet. All dogs must be crated if left alone in the room. Limit of 2 pets per room. Please let us know during booking whether your best friend will be “tagging” along.
