Single King Room
At Kinn Bay View, we offer five luxurious single-king rooms with two being pet-friendly. With exposed cream city brick, hardwood floors and large windows to let natural light flood in, guests will feel right at home. Each room has its own unique decoration and flair. The modern furniture, accessories and art will have you saying oooooh, while the uber comfy Omaha mattresses will make you go aaaaaah as you drift into blissful sleep. To cap it all off, each bathroom features Waterworks® fixtures and is stocked with local hand-made soaps from Ursa.
Double Queen Room
Need more than one bed? We have two well-appointed double-queen rooms to choose from, with one pet-friendly option. They come well furnished with seating areas, decorative lighting fixtures and interior design touches that would make any homeowner jealous. And the beds…oh, the beds. The plush-top Omaha mattresses draped in Brooklinen® bedding will leave you fully rested for the next day’s adventures. To cap it all off, each bathroom features Waterworks® fixtures and is stocked with local hand-made soaps from Ursa.
King Master Suite
This is the ideal space for a small family or for the business traveler who is looking for an extended stay and it’s the only one of its kind at Kinn Bay View. At 650 square feet, it’s larger than most New York apartments, and just as stylish. But it goes beyond style, it has substance too. Our King Master Suite has its own kitchenette so you can feed the fam in privacy and with a double-twin pull out sofa, it’s the perfect place for the kiddos to bunk. A full-sized on-suite laundry and comfortable workspace complete this all-in-one package. The private bath with Waterworks® fixtures and local hand-made soaps from Ursa are just icing on the cake.

Our Building’s
Storied History
What began as a meeting hall for the local Stone Masons chapter evolved into a mixed use building, including the home of a Chinese restaurant and child care facility before the Bailey family converted this gem into a new local relic.
