Flexible Booking Options: You can either cover all the room costs or let your guests book their own rooms using a dedicated link.

Security Deposit: A $2,000 security deposit per floor is required to confirm the block. This deposit is returned after check-out and inspection.

Easy Access and Communication: Guests receive a unique code via text on the day of check-in, granting secure access to the building, their floor, and their room. Additional needs can be communicated via text.
